We are currently seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to manage our internal and external IT Infrastructure, reporting directly to the Technical Director.
We operate mission-critical applications for our clients which are hosted at our dedicated 3rd party data centres. It will be your role to ensure that the operational infrastructure is monitored, managed and maintained to ensure 24/7 operation. You will be responsible for the setup and commissioning of new client servers and the support of the infrastructure. You will also have the responsibility for the office IT infrastructure including servers, PCs, Exchange Server, VPN and anti-virus software across multiple sites.
The following skills will be required:
- Active Directory Experience
- Windows Server 2008 and 2003 in multi-site environment
- SQL Server 2005 and 2008 configuration
- Exchange 2007
- Installation of Java EE (Enterprise Edition)
- Linux
You will be bright, enthusiastic and self-motivated and provide support in an efficient way whilst maintaining high levels of professionalism and confidentiality. This is an ideal position for someone with 1 to 2 years IT Network Support/Infrastructure Support experience who is looking for the next challenge.
