Challenge
PureNet was asked to provide strategic guidance on the development of their online services both for their customers and for their internal staff. This comprehensive project involved a full business process review of their internal and external processes to provide recommendations for the structure of their online services and internal IT systems.
PureNet was also commissioned to provide design leadership of their online service web sites.
Solution
The initial task was to undertake detailed analysis of the organisations internal business processes and determine where online portal services could be provided to support the objectives of the organisation. The key deliverable was a set of business process models and recommendations for solutions that could be implemented online.
PureNet then worked with the Academy’s internal project team to deliver web designs and solutions to support the recommendations.
