Syncro Health is a pure play online supplier of top quality vitamins, minerals and health supplements.

Founded by ex-Managing Director of Reader’s Digest UK operations, Chris Spratling, the company is committed to providing the highest quality pharmaceutical grade supplements at continuously low prices, dispatched the same day direct to the customer, with free postage and packaging to any UK address.

Challenge

As a newly established online retailer, Syncro needed to build an online presence that would enable revenues to grow rapidly. Syncro required a full end-to-end e-commerce solution that would fulfil the commitment they had made to online commerce, and the challenging goals they wanted to achieve.

The major challenge was not just the website build and integration, but as Syncro is a new name in the vitamins, minerals and supplements (VMS) sector, the PureNet team had to consider how to best to promote their overall brand within their marketplace.

Solution

The Syncro Health site was designed and built by award-winning e-commerce solutions specialist, PureNet, a leading provider of e-commerce websites and digital marketing services. PureNet has overseen the entire project, including working with a number of external agencies.

www.syncrohealth.co.uk incorporates a range of effective merchandising functions, including a sophisticated promotion engine, hero products and the ability to ‘refer a friend’, which gives existing customers the opportunity to recommend products and receive discount incentives in return.

Benefits

Over the course of the first month after launch the Syncro e-commerce site has made huge steps forward in terms of visitor numbers and revenue. The improvements seen are only the beginning, with a constant review process taking place on the website.
