Crewroom, the specialist performance sportswear manufacturer, and supplier to the British Olympic team launched their new site in January 2009.  

Formerly Crewroom had an existing e-commerce site that was generating a limited number of orders and converting very few site visitors into buyers.  The performance of their old site disappointed the business who’s expectations of sales via the Internet were much higher than the site was providing.  

PureNet’s solution was able to more than double checkout conversion rates to 10.55%, compared to the UK average of 2.39% and in the second half of 2009 has more than trebled both the transaction volume and average basket values.
