We are currently seeking a Solutions Account Manager to manage existing client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will manage existing client accounts as part of the account management team.
  • You will develop customer relationships with existing clients
  • You will discuss possible enhancements and changes to client solutions
  • Working with the Business Analysts you will draft up proposals for solutions and change requests and determine the cost based on resource time estimates
  • You will be expected to add value using your technical and business experience of ecommerce and web solutions.
  • You will proactively work with existing clients acting as their main point of contact.
  • You will sell new solutions and solution changes to existing clients giving them both business and technical guidance.
  • You will work with the New Business function in hand over for new clients
  • During a project you will liaise with projects team and keep regular contact with the clients.
  • Post project you will conduct project reviews and in doing so help determine new project opportunities

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Proven account management experience in web applications
  • Good communication skills and an infectious and enthusiastic personality
  • Good documentation skills using simple language where required for non-technical clients
  • Good appreciation of the internet and technologies
  • You will work on a variety of client projects both in the UK and potentially Internationally and be able to multi-task between client projects
