It is these 3 obsessions that underpin our business. This is why we have assembled an experienced team at PureNet who over the past decade have been developing integrated eCommerce solutions, enterprise internet applications and digital marketing strategies for leading UK and European companies.
Our Senior Management Team has over 100 years of combined experience in designing, developing and managing web solutions for big high-street names and renowned companies and organisations, making us uniquely qualified to create the ideal web solution or digital campaign for your business. Members of the team have worked with companies such as Harvey’s Furniture, CarpetRight, Siemens, Nestlé, IBM, Microsoft, Cadbury’s, Unilever, Cargo Homeshop, West Ham Football Club, Turtlewax and GlaxoSmithKline.
Dr Paul M. Gibson – Chief Executive Officer
Over 27 years experience in software development, project management and business management within the manufacturing and retail sectors. Paul has worked with small and multi-national organisations including Nestle, Siemens, Campbell’s, Nissan and Walkers. He has extensive knowledge of ERP, warehouse management and ecommerce solutions. Paul has held a number of board level positions within various software and retail companies. He is a Chartered Engineer (C.Eng), Chartered IT Professional (CITP), Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and Commerce (FRSA), Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (FCMI), Member of the British Computer Society (MBCS) and holds a doctorate in Artificial Intelligence (Ph.D). Paul also sits on the Business Grant Programme panel for the York, North Yorkshire & East Riding Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP). He is also on the Skills & Employment panel for the Leeds City Region LEP and acts as the IT Sector Champion.
Paul Doherty- Sales & Marketing Director
Paul has worked for a number of highly successful technology organisations in a sales and marketing role. After several years working at systems integrator ioko as it grew from a start up to a $100m global organisation, Paul has since held a number of senior sales and marketing positions, both in house and agency side. Paul has worked with a range of clients from SMEs to large organisations including EMI, BSkyB, Which?, Hallmark Cards, Coors, The Law Society and IMS Health. Paul’s remit is to ensure clients receive the right solution to enable their business to be more successful and have real competitive advantage.
Daniel Warren – Client Services Director
A specialist digital marketing professional with over 24 years experience defining and managing online solutions. Daniel has a wealth of experience working with retailers of all sizes and helping them develop successful online businesses. Past projects include work for companies such as Harveys Furniture, Argos, Debenhams and John Lewis. Daniel is passionate about using digital marketing to make his clients’ online activity deliver real ROI and value for money.
Jonathan Morgan – Operations Director
25 years web design and management experience. Jonathan specialises in the management of e-commerce solutions and ensures projects are completed on-time and to budget. Jonathan is responsible for all the activities of the operations team. Example clients Jonathan has worked with include Cadbury’s, Cargo HomeShop, Harveys Furniture, Xscape and Store21. Jonathan is passionate about ensuring all clients receive the very best service and actively promotes ‘Absolute Support’ throughout PureNet.
Ian Lawton – Chief Technology Officer
Ian has over 15 years commercial programming and product development experience within the manufacturing and retail sectors. Ian has worked on manufacturing execution systems (MES), web-based functional systems and high-performance e-commerce solutions for companies such as GlaxoSmithKline, Siemens, Unilever, Turtlewax and Rexel. Ian leads the product research & development team within PureNet.
