The Client

Capital Cooling is an award winning UK based company specialising in the manufacture and sale of commercial refrigeration products. Established in 1996, the company occupy offices throughout the UK and employ a workforce of more than 160. Capital Cooling is the complete “in-house” refrigeration organisation, working with some of the UK’s largest and most successful businesses across multiple industry sectors.

The Challenge

Formerly, Capital Cooling had two separate sites, neither of which were performing as the company had hoped.

Capital Cooling’s overall aim was to develop an eCommerce site that would be the leading online store for the UK’s largest manufacturer of high quality refrigeration equipment.

Crucial to the project was ensuring the ability to manage and promote in-house, to drive sales, and integrate with all aspects of fulfilment, warehousing, logistics and internal IT systems.

What We Did

PureNet took the time to ensure that Capital Cooling know exactly what to expect from their solution, how the solution would integrate into their current systems and operational structure and what the company could expect to achieve from their new online store.

The solution is feature-rich ecommerce solution that can be easily customised to reflect the Capital Cooling brand identity, attract new customers, and encourage repeat purchases.

In addition to the core website build, PureNet helped the company with an integrated natural and paid search digital marketing campaign, in order to provide organic SEO improvement, PPC implementation and management, product data feed and optimisation, and affiliate strategy review.

Since launching their main site, Capital Cooling have commissioned PureNet to develop a supplementary microsite – – to promote their extensive range of chest freezers at factory direct prices.
